This way the agent could make a note to the client to see and the client could comment back.     <content type="text/plain">Hey team, quick feature request. I’ve been getting a lot of Ylopo alerts showing leads viewed properties, but when I check, they were only on for a few seconds. It’d be super helpful to see time spent on site directly in Follow Up Boss without having to click into Stars every time.&#13;
&#13;
Even just pulling in basic duration data—like short, medium, or long views—would help legitimize Y-priority alerts and make it way easier to sort real engagement from quick bounces. Right now it’s hard to know who’s actually serious vs who just tapped and closed the alert.&#13;
&#13;
If this data could show up in the lead profile, or we could filter Smart Lists by it, that would seriously improve follow-up speed and quality. Just throwing it out there—would love to see something like this added if it’s doable on the integration side.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Currently, the Seller Alert email open rate is about 50% ; and this is great as a lot of sellers are opening the emails. However, only 5% of sellers are actually clicking and viewing the Home Value AVM Seller Report. &#13;

The majority of the sellers who are opening the Seller Alert emails, are "not" looking at the Home Value report. They have to click on a link in the email to open the Home Value report. People are wary of clicking links/buttons in the emails due to potential phishing and other security concerns.&#13;
&#13;
Here is a suggestion to provide more value (actual Home Value) to the 50% of those sellers who are opening the emails (compared to only 5% of the sellers):&#13;
&#13;
Seller Alert Email: Provide Home Values at the top in the Seller Alert email itself. And, if the Seller  wants more details, they can click on the button/link in the email to view the Home Value Seller Report. &#13;
&#13;
NO changes needed to the Home Value Seller Report. &#13;

Altos Research offers this data so it sgould be an easy addition unless they are charging more for the data. In marketing to condo owners or townhomes owners and sending stats through the Branded Marketing and Trends tool there is no way to show them the stats page for condos and townhomes in their area?</content>

In our area these are two very different type of properties, Condos are single level stacked units while townhomers share a wal with thier neighbors. These two distinct properties are always searched together or added to the listing alert system combined because your system does not allow for these two to be selected seperately? The MLS allows it and has fields for it so why does your system not offer it?</content>

    <content type="text/plain">I use Ylopo through Follow up Boss. In FUB I can add two people under one contact card, for example, spouses. However, when going into Ylopo I can only add one person to a stars link. So therefore can only add one spouse at a time. I have to create two ylopo stars account, but only one gets linked to FUB contact card. The second Ylopo contact gets lost and isn't synced to FUB. If we could add multiple people to ylopo stars link they could all receive the same emails and same house searched, rather than setting up multiple, and they would all be connected to the same FUB contact card. Even adding a secondary email address in one ylopo stars link for emails and notifications would work. so frustrating creating two</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When agents and admin want to share listings on socials, it is a time consuming project. Sharing the Single Listing Flyer and the Listing Detail only shows our logo, not the home on socials! We need the home to show not the logo.&#13;

Additionally, we would like an easier way to grab a group of mls numbers (or a group that matches chosen criteria) and be able to easily share those specific listings on socials, with a good graphic or hook to draw attention to the link.</content>

This makes the data move to the next lane making it difficult to read and adding length to the page loosing prime "real estate" (no pun intended) on the page. Also the titles should be bold for easy reading.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">The MLS home search offers a feature where Leads and "dislike" a property and it sends it to their Trash Bin. YLOPO does not offer this as an option and several of my clients have asked that this become a feature because they are tired of seeing the same homes over and over again with no option to discard/dislike/or trash the homes. Most of my clients have even asked to be put back on the MLS home search over the YLOPO search due to this very feature not being available....</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Currently, when Raiya chat actually engages a lead with texting it responds to them immediately. This doesn't give me time to jump in and craft a response. At times I get the text that a lead responded to Raiya and immediately open the chat only to see Raiya has responded and the responses don't always make sense in the context of what the lead said. Allowing us to set a reasonable delay on a Raiya response would allow us the chance to potentially answer texts with a higher chance of success.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Currently when I set up a search for someone the number of baths has to be a whole number. This causes problems in cases where a buyer only wants 2 or more FULL baths. If you set their search up with 2 baths they will also see 1.1 bath properties.</content>
