AllenThere are MANY times that a lead or prospect will re-start to re-engage and open the listing alerts as their buying window approaches. We have used previous IDXs that have proven this to be true and would like to be able to opt a lead out entirely from being sunsetted. The last thing we want is as their buying window approaches, for them to start looking elsewhere for their homes. If you can add the functionality to opt out leads from being sunsetted that would be even better than create a notification. Otherwise we have to MANUALLY go back and create new searches for all the sunetted leads- which is an incredibly large input/waste of time. Thank you!

Ian F.I think this is going to be the most frustrating thing for agents and keeps them from creating the searches in Ylopo rather than directly through the MLS.

CamilleWe are now experiencing this. Leads alerts are getting sunsetted and our agents are not even aware until a lead says they haven't received anything for a while and they have been just looking on Zillow. I hope there is a way to opt out of this feature. As Allan said, they do resume their searches. There should also be a way to alert an agent once a listing alert is sunsetted.

AngeloPLEASE eliminate sunsetting all together! It's counterintuitive to email marketing philosophies. Even if the lead is not opening the listing alert emails, they are still seeing the agent's name. This alone is proven to be effective. Some email marketers aren't particularly concerned with their open rate since they achieved their minimum goal of getting the lead to see your brand name just by feeding their inbox.

Jeremy Lentine MergedWe really love using Ylopo for our search interface with our leads and clients. But the sunset feature may force us out of it as it may derail some of our long term follow up plans.
I would love to see an option to turn off the sunset feature. -

J.R. RouseI have requested this as well. Some clients are more active than others based on timing, as some may be 1 year or more out from making a move/change. Searches should never sunset in my opinion. :). Thanks. J.R.

s powers MergedI recently discovered one of my listing alerts and leads had been deactivated by ylopo because alerts@ylopo.com was blacklisted by AT&T. I was not made aware of this so my lead just thought I quit sending him new properties!!! When this happens, the ylopo system HAS to alert the lead owner. Now I'm having to do my best to save this client. NOT COOL YLOPO!
