Raiya website chat
Have Raiya be the chat button on the website so people can ask questions and interact with "us" 24/7 and those messages/info get put into the CRM for the agent to followup on.

BetsyEssential, but also raiya gets weird sometimes. Can it notify us by text first abs have raiya jump in if we don’t?

Bruce SchneiderI agree with the idea, but I don't think it has to be available 24/7. I say this because RAIYA seems to be the initiator in all communications. What if someone reaches out with an off-the-wall question, and RAIYA pulls a RAIYA, and responds oddly? That's my only fear in the suggestion. Otherwise, it's brilliant.

Jason LaMontagneI agree that responses don't need to be 24/7. Should be same as hours set for RAIYA. Outside of hours it can be noted that someone will follow up the next day. Chat is now commonplace on most websites.
