NEW Listings - showcase timeliness of newness / stating 15 min new etc

redfin showcases 15 min new on listings, 8 hours new, or 1 day new etc, the buyer always wants to be ahead of the listings, or first, let's showcase the listings on how up to date the data is so they can act by reaching out to us, rather than only just displaying NEW in green. (which is current in 2.0)
