Add Active Option and other listing status info

In TX, there are "Active" statuses that are really under contract -- Active Option, Active Contingent, Active Kick Out. Not showing these statuses is a disservice to the buyer because they select homes to view that appear to be Active, but are not really. Zillow causes buyers a lot of frustration. It's one of the ways I talk the DIY millennial buyers into working with me, because the MLS search makes that clear.
