Label Featured Properties "Active", "Under Contract/Pending" or "Open House"

As things stand on the Agent Websites all Agent listings are labelled "Featured" in the thumbnails. If someone is interested in a listing they have to click on it to see if its Active or Under Contract. If I were a consumer and every other listing I clicked on was under contract I would just go to another site. If they are all labelled prior they could see that the agent is successful due to all the Under Contract listings but also would be able to save time by only clicking on Active listings. Under Contract/Pending listings are also good to have labelled for sellers looking to list. If their listings are UC/Pending then the are a successful listing agent one would want to hire. Every other real estate website I have ever seen has listings labelled Active, Under Contract/Pending or Open House. Please help us get this feature.
