Seller Alert based on map selection

I would enjoy a Seller alert based on a radius, polygon, or square area around an address.

I agree, Right now you can search of only 3 miles. that's a large area. would be nice If we could edit it and make it 1 mile or 1/2 a mile.

Totally agree with this. Whatever can be done with active and pending listings (i.e. for buyers), should be able to be done with sold listings (which are mostly used for sellers).
