HSS V2 Home Page Background Image Override

I have multiple requests from clients launched to HSS V2 to change their HSS Homepage Background Image, this has been a feature available in old HSS as an override in Galaxy. We have a lot of clients with this override in HSS so please consider having this override available in V2.
