E-Alert Subject line
Knowing how the "Perception" of buyers works. Some may want to see new houses in a certain city and others in a different one.
Depending on the alerts and which city they're in, possibly changing the subject line to say
"New Homes In Houston"
"Just Listed In Houston"
"Homes For Sale In Houston"
Or being very specific with ZIP code by doing the same.....
Instead of "1 New or Updated Home Listing in Denham Springs, LA (+1 locations) that matches your criteria"
Cognitive overload is a thing with people and reading all of that on top of their daily to-do's may be the reason they choose to look at another sight.
Based on their criteria and search this would be adaptive and changed based on the search.

David Contreras MergedWhen I fill out a search paramerter on Ylopo for my buyer it askes to fill out a label of what you want the search to be called. I will usually fill out something like "City" High Rise Buildings for Sale or New "Building Name" For Sale. If I have multiple buildings or areas I name them all differently and map out the search for targeted results. Trouble is when the email is triggered by a new listing. The email that they receive is generic and give no details about the area or building that they are receiving it simply says "1 New or Updated Home Listing in Custom area search that mathces your criteria." Would'nt it make more sense to read as the actual label we filled out? 1 New or Updated Listing in "Building/Area that matches your criteria.

Brienna Demille MergedWe would like to be able to customize the subject lines on the listing alerts. The problem we are running into is that we have multiple searches set up for the client (ie. vacation rentals and then primary residence homes) and then the clients are getting confused on which home can be a vacation rental and which one is for their primary residence.

David ContrerasIt kind of makes sense that I should be able to control the auto property email subject line that I send to clients. It’s too bad it’s take so long for Ylopo to allow it….
