Have Raiya be able to set appointments or share clalendly link with lead.

I recently found a conversation where the buyer wanted to set an appointment with me but Raiya did not have the ability to share my calendly link for the buyer to pick a time to talk. Raiya could also follow up to see if the appointment was booked or if the lead needs to be poked again.

Sending Calendly link would be great. Or Raiya just giving some generic options and then alerting us.
