Time Stamp for Stars Opt out of Messages for Raiya Automation

I propose a time stamp for when the client "opts out of messages" with Raiya on Stars! Sometimes that specific message stays there even when they text back and engage with the me (the agent posing as Raiya). When I go back at a later time...I forget that the saying was there previously and they didnt try to disengage recently.
