Raiya ISSUE FORM vs Conversation Submission feature

The current process to report a problem with Raiya is to fill out a long form requiring allot of data entry and screen shots, saving files and then finding them to attach.

Having a DROP DOWN MENU- REVIEW option... to allow submission of a Raiya conversation right in the CONVERSATION VIEW could easily automate the entire process and automatically aggregate all the form data needed. That would grab the conversation, the client info, all identifiable information that is currently manually processed with the current FORM. All we would need is a simple text field to make a quick comment to attach to the Review request.
