  The more we can keep our users engaging with us... and needing us... the better. When they have to go to other sites to find something, it takes away from us and goes to another agent on Zillow, etc. People spend their time browsing on their phone and this can increase the chances they will work with us.

  Homesnap does this. You send the consumer a link to download the app. The. They have it on their phone and can use to search and also receive alerts. My clients use Redfin app for this purpose now.

  Great idea, but a big undertaking to create another home search experience via mobile app. It might take away Ylopo man power resources from digital marketing efforts but if they can manage to do it all, that would be great

  Heather Howe app suggestion: Is there a way for there to be an app that directs consumers to her website? Right now they have to click the link that is in the email that is sent to them in order for them to access her website. It would be nice if Ylopo had an app that kept consumers on agent's website. Keller Williams already has something like this.

  I'd like a mobile app or at least a mobile friendly website. The YLOPO site is VERY buggy for me on my iphone. My clients use other sites and not my website.
