Search Sold listings
I want the ability to search through and send Sold push listings. I live in a hyper localized second home market and sending comps for my out of town buyers cant be done through Ylopo. We have another website for just this purpose. We have the ability to search and send coming soon, active, active under contract, and pending listings but why not sold ones?

Matt RichI had this with Real Geeks and it was a great feature for past client nurture. The ability to draw a custom map around the home you sold them so you are sending them RELAVENT sold data is great. The current seller alerts can sometimes be all over the board when all they really want to know is what their neighbors home sold for down the street.

Peter JoehnkYes, as Matt says, our team also has a Real Geeks website that I use solely for the purpose of sending Comps, I would love to save some money and get rid of the Real Geeks website. Doing a one time seller alert for clients who want comps for a purchase doesn’t work in my Hyper Localized market. I need the ability to send my own individual comps as I am more familiar with my local market than any computer can be. PLEASE GIVE ME THIS ABILITY

CraigMatt Rich...agree, current seller alerts are useless in my area. Would love to be able to draw a polygon around a neighborhood and create an automated seller's report from it.
Concerning sold in search, on mine, active, sold, and coming soon are all options, is it different for everyone based on what criteria you had Ylopo add on your original site? Definitely need an area under sold with a calendar, checks for 3, 6, and 12 months, or where you can fill in days, like 0-180, so you don't get every sold home in the area from the past ten years... -

Rich JonesThis is something I miss with Boomtown. Getting specific listings that sell in your neighborhood (NOT zip code) is information that sellers love to have. You become their bestfriend!
I've actually gotten come list me calls when providing specific data like this in the past but the seller alerts aren't specific at all -

Scott F.Totally agree. Came from RG and am regretting it, to be honest. My market is also 2nd home, but even primary home owners want sold listings, specific to their neighborhood. Been asking for this for quite some time, and had a real hard time getting them to understand what I wanted. What Ylopo doesn't seem to get is that sellers need touches and information too, just like buyers, more than just the weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. And, they want it specific to their neighborhood, NOT their whole zip code.

Paula PowellI totally agree as well. Just this morning I had a potential seller ask me about sold homes in their neighborhood because he had been receiving updates regularly before from another Agent.

Scott F.Sad to see this is still just under consideration. It's literally the tool we need to help be relevant and provide resources to our past clients that live or own in our market, and, perhaps more importantly, to our potential listings, aka seller leads.
