  I agree 100%. I have had clients who wanted to rent for 7 months and then buy as they improve their credit and have gotten great results but had to use MLS to do so and had to "move" them back to ylopo. Not great for conversion...

  We don't always like to work rentals, but why isn't it at least an option? I don't like having to send consumers to ANOTHER website to search for rentals. Keep everything in one place and let them view rentals.

  Broker should be able to toggle whether this option is displayed on site. My market a lease commission is $400 and a sale is $15k.

  This could be another partner opportunity, in addition to the lender partnership. In my market, there are lots of rental agencies that only work with rentals

  We would love to be able to add our own coming soon’s so that we can supply these as search results to our database and have an extra chance of keeping deals within our brokerage.
  Often when they hit the market as a new listing it’s too late for our team.

  Def need rentals as an option for search options! Renters turn into buyers eventually and we need to capitalize on allowing them to use the same search site for both!

  Please include RENTALS as an option. Many people want to learn a new area BEFORE they BUY. My MLS offers rental searches. Why do I have to use use two platforms to be able to share rental listings? It doesnt make sense??

  The rental pool is a mini gold mine. My team currently received a Listing appointment , and signed, from a "rental client" from 2 years ago that referred us. Also my team set a buyers consultation with someone looking to rent and never knew about any grants / first time home buyer programs etc etc, and now we are meeting with them to see how much they qualify to get pre-apporved and start home searching...
  
  Making a smooth and easily flow for renters just like Buyers and selelrs would be game changer for anyone using YLOPO I feel
