Editable polygon search
It would be fantastic if the polygon could be editable after it was drawn (especially helpful if it's a complex shape that's a hassle to re-draw.

I 100% need the ability to create custom polygon’s for searches as I can’t use how Toronto MLS is divided up as Toronto mls have made up names for neighbourhoods that make no sense and are not what local people call the neighbourhoods. And not just the names of the neighbourhoods but the boundaries for them as well are wrong. I need to create custom polygons for my community pages and the search bar on the main home search page will not work as people will search for real neighbourhoods in Toronto that won’t come up as TREB has called them something else and not even created the shapes of the neighbourhoods properly. -

Charlene Admin MergedAllow me to create custom polygons for communities and make those communities searchable in home search site Search box. This ensures my leads are viewing the correct listings associated to a search.
This functionality allows us to return homes based on location, as opposed to what someone entered in the 'Community' field on the MLS. -

Jim Straughan MergedHaving searches for say within 250 meters to 1/2 mile (or whatever) of a specific address would be huge as we could send automated searches for specific address for clients who have bought and are casually interested in there neighbourhood only .As well as a great automated way to keep people engaged who are interested in selling in the near future.We need to be able to send listings to prospects for there street or neighbourhood only

Paul Granzotto MergedEither having the ability to grab onto current lines or delete areas. In the photo attached my client sent me a message that they were not interested in alto and wanted to add several more areas. It would make more sense if you can modify and move it a few miles north.

Karen Currey AdminPolygon editing is now available when creating a saved search. You can draw your polygon then switch to the hand icon at the top of the map and click the break points on the polygon to edit it.
