  It would be cool to have the purchase price taxes and HOA be auto-loaded into the calcultor

  Or at least say that this monthly payment does not include taxes, insurance and or HOA fees. But I agree with Rosario.

  If the mortgage calculator could have current rates that would be great. Mine continues to show 3% when rates are closing in on 6%.
