Bed and Bath Limits Needed

In the search criteria, there needs to be a maximum range for bedrooms. If a contact wants to see 2 and 2 properties but has not indicated a price range, there is no way to eliminate properties with more than two bedrooms. The presented listings make us look like we aren't listening to the contact.

I agree 100%... when a client says "I want something 3 bedrooms" we can only send them 3+ bedrooms. they get 4/5 bedrooms as well. that's not what they want... -
