Allow agents to fine-tune frequencies of e-alerts

  I would like the ability to set the default of the frequency of when listing alerts are sent. I want the default to be Instant, not daily. Have the option to change this default would save me seconds in setting up lead searches. Thanks J.R.

  This is now done. We've added the extra options of Bi-weekly (2 weeks), Monthly, and Quarterly (3 months).
