Additional Ad Templates - including commercial and land
We need more ad options in templates. Yes, custom ads are a possibility, but the templates are so much faster. Some more residential options that don't include "just listed" (because now houses are staying on the market longer), some more commercial options, some land options.... There are very few options for commercial or land - and even still the ones we've tried include "homes for sale". Makes our team look ignorant to list land and have a caption including "home". There is no home. Only land

Victoria Eugene MergedHaving more standard home template options for Active Listings that have been on the market for more than few weeks (at this time the only two available are Luxury or Just Listed).

Jim Hill MergedWe can run coming soon, just listed and sold ads. It would be helpful to include "Under Contract" ads the selection.
