Currently, if a seller lead registers for seller reports, they are sent a blank report because we do not have automatic prices. This makes us look like scams or unprofessional. We would prefer if it would alert us that someone wants a valuation, but instead of sending a blank one, it has us do it manually. We do not want automatic blank valuations. We know Canada doesn't provide the data, but then it shouldn't be automatic.

This should be a simple fix. Just do not allow the report to fire manually. Create a tag to trigger FUB users to act or check report accuracy.
